Resources curation & research for the PB Notion hub, for the newsletter and for upcoming events

Related problem to solve

Lack of open resources available to People Leaders in order to create better professional practices and improve our craft.

Brainstorming plan

Work with the PBA to get the topics people are interested in so we can look for and put together resources related to that
Partner with the Events and Newsletters Team to link our resources to events and newsletter topics (if we share the resources not only after but also before every event we may attract more people to attend our workshops?)
Review and (re)create a Notion resources page according to the People Topics and ensure we have a better split of different People Area (i.e. D&I, Remote handbooks, Global Compensation, Communication etc) → each page will have tools, suppliers, documents, reading, recording of interesting webinars etc
See with Marie if it is possible to have a google drive folder for us to store some material in PDF/Google Sheets/Google docs/Google slides which will be linked to the PB Notion hub but easier to be extracted
Promote our open resources content on LinkedIn - when we launch a workshop we share the resources related to that to get more interest and curiosity from people leader
