A glimpse into what being a PBA means in practice

• Promote the Oyster People Builders community and help raise engagement and awareness
• Share community updates and event news on social media and in other People/HR communities and networks
• Refer new members to the community, as well as expert guests for community events or newsletters
• Connect with current and future community members to foster meaningful relationships
• Provide feedback and suggest ideas for current and future community initiatives
• Research, create, and edit community content
• Lead community projects such as listening initiatives (surveys, 1:1 interviews), content curation, event planning, etc.
• Act as a volunteer peer facilitator during interactive events (more info here)
• Running PBA IRLs in your locations
